Free Delivery covers one trip up to 50 miles one way; over 50 miles are subject to a $5/mile charge, and any additional trips may incur charges to the customer. Free setup includes leveling of the building with pre-treated wood blocks.
American Portable Buildings LLC and its associates are not responsible for permits, covenant searches, restrictions, setbacks, yard damage, underground damage, or utility damage. Please contact your local Building Inspector or Homeowners Association for information.
It is the customer’s responsibility to decide if ground conditions are unstable for delivery. Must have clear access to the location (no fences, trees, power lines, etc.), and the lot shall be no more than 30” out of level for the length of the building.
